How TrySwitch Was Born
TrySwitch is a relocation AND real estate internet service company founded in 2021, allowing users to stay on top of easily forgotten tasks and connecting them with local realtors and service providers to support them throughout their entire home buying, renting, and investing journeys all in one single location.
The idea for TrySwitch was conceived by an experienced senior enterprise software management sales leader Andrew Diaz, who was planning a move himself from the bay area to north Austin Texas while taking a stroll along the Marina Bay trail with his wife. Initially, the service would offer consumers who are planning or in the process of relocating, the ability to manage their entire move in one application. For example, being able to change or update internet, utility, or financial service providers all in one place without missing a step. As the idea was continuing to develop, Andrew had shared his visions for TrySwitch with a good friend, neighbor, and long-time real estate investor, Juan Montes, where they both were able to combine their industry experiences and tie software with real estate.
Within just a few short months from their initial conversation, both co-founders hired Bonzai Creative Solutions, a digital design and development agency with over 20 years of mobile app development experience to build TrySwitch. From that point on, TrySwitch was born into a mobile application that provides a simple on-the-go solution for individuals to manage their entire relocation lifecycle, from switching service providers, buying or renting real estate, and connecting them with local realtors, and third-party services to help them along their move using all of the tools TrySwitch has to offer.
TrySwitch brings a unique digital solution to the relocation and real estate market, by delivering a comprehensive package of tools to manage and streamline the entire relocation, home buying, and renting process. Features include a move-in and move-out checklist to ensure no stone is unturned, native integrations with commonly used real estate platforms such as Zillow, Redfin, and Compass, to consolidate saved properties that get organized in customized lists in TrySwitch which users, realtors, and others can collaborate on in real-time, and the ability to upload documents in each listing to stay organized every step of the way.
